Jackson Well Springs Workshop November 18, 2009
We are teaching a raw Indian cuisine class on
Wednesday, November 18 from 6pm-9pm at
Jackson Well Springs in Ashland, OR. The menu is
Samosas, Palak Paneer, Chai Nut Mylk, and Coconut Macaroons. The class includes samples of each dish and a day pass to the hot springs. See you there!
Orr Hot Springs Retreat October 22, 2009
We will be hosting a raw foods retreat on
Thursday, October 22 from 9am-5pm at Orr Hot Springs in Calpella, CA. The menu is
Green Smoothies, Raw Energy Bars, Stuffed Mushrooms, Fig Pumpkin Soup, Cheese Ravioli, and Macadamia Eggnog. The retreat includes lunch, dinner, recipe demonstrations and a day pass to the hot springs. Workshop size is limited to 20 people.

Krishna Kitchen for the
Bhakti Fest in Joshua Tree, CA. Our raw menu includes
palak paneer with vegetable biryani, cashew chai, samosas, vegetable salad with creamy dressing, and govinda bliss balls. Come hungry!
Burning Man September 1-7, 2009
We are teaming up with the
Krishna Kitchen at the
Sacred Spaces Village in Blackrock City, NV. The kitchen is serving 100% vegetarian food all week, with raw vegan meals available Thursday - Sunday. Live dishes include
mushroom pizza, raw vegan sushi, seaweed vegetable soup, sweet potato souffle, yam spice pie, apple pie, coconut pie, zucchini fettuccine alfredo, zucchini pesto pasta, raw zucchini hummus, green smoothies, cashew coleslaw, marinated kale salad, sunflower pate w/veggie chips, raw veggie stir fry, carrot raisin salad, fruit salad, and vegetable salad.
